Having orthodontic treatment with brace or Invisalign is one of the most effective way to loss body weight out there. There is diet restriction during treatment with brace like avoiding hard food and snacks. Which cuts the calories intake. Moreover proper brushing and cleaning is required every time you are taking food or drinks to take care of hygiene. While you are on brace foods stuck easily on brace and difficult to flush these out with gurgle and its time consuming to clean these up with brushing.
