- In case of CAD/CAM fillings scan or mold will be taken for lab procedures to mage digital fillings.
Technology
- Indirect Dental Filling: Also known as CAD CAM technology is new addition to the modern dentistry. Here we prepare the tooth first . Then 3D digital scan it oral scanner and send it to the laboratory.
- Dentsply Serona -CAD CAM is the printer which used to make the 3D filling in laboratory. its may be made of ceramic or zirconium. in next appointment we fix the filling into the cavity .
- Indirect filling is very durable and well match to the shape and color of natural teeth.
